Breathe your way to better sleep
Pillow Tap uses your iPhone's haptic feedback to guide your breathing as you fall asleep. Place your phone under your pillow, start a session, and feel gentle taps that set a calming rhythm — one tap to breathe in, two taps to breathe out.
Does the screen need to stay on?
Yes — iOS requires the app to be in the foreground for haptics to work. The screen dims to the lowest brightness automatically, so there's virtually no light or battery drain on OLED iPhones.
I can barely feel the taps.
Try setting the haptic strength to Strong on the home screen. Make sure your phone is not in Silent Mode, as some devices reduce haptic intensity when silenced.
